6th Ordnance Battalion - A Night In Hollywood - U.S. Army Dining In
What a fun event! The 6th Ordnance Battalion put on such a fun night “In Hollywood” for their soldiers here on Camp Walker in South Korea!
I've never been to a dining-in before, and I have only ever been to one military ball but I have to say THIS night was one that you wouldn't have wanted to miss!
Shenanigans the whole evening, a red carpet, cocktail hour on the back patio, company skits, Captain Houston as the perfect, and hilarious, Mr. Vice, and we can’t forget the infamous Grog (this time in a Korean Kimchi pot!!)
Not to mention, the amazing ambiance put on by the Evergreen Golf Club! The tables were so beautifully decorated and coordinated with the theme! It was definitely one of the best sets of tablescapes I have seen! The red and black colors looked stunning together and all of the flags around the room were impressive! It was a night long in the making, and all of the hard work showed!

I was able to attend both of the Batallion’s dining-in rehearsals and I got to see the work the officers put in to going over their skits, as well as the meticulous decoration setup by the Evergreen Golf Club staff!
They even had a red carpet photo booth for attendees! They did not forget any detail!

Captain Houston simply nailed his job as Mr. Vice, and remained in character the whole night!
